We collect information in two ways.

Information you give us

• Brand inquiries. When you submit the brand inquiry form, we collect your name, work email, company name, website, and the campaign details you provide (such as category, creator preferences, channels, timeline, budget range, and usage needs).
• Creator applications. When you apply to the creator roster, we collect your name, contact details, social handles and portfolio links, city and country, content niches, rates, and availability.
• Direct contact. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details.

Information collected automatically

• Basic usage and device data through analytics (for example pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and referring source). This is collected only with your consent, as described below.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics cookies do not load until you accept them. On your first visit you will see a banner where you can accept or decline. If you decline, we use only anonymous, cookieless measurement, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a decline automatically.

You can change your choice at any time using the control below. This clears your saved preference and lets you choose again.

• To respond to your inquiry and scope potential creator work.
• To review creator applications and match creators to relevant briefs.
• To send you related emails, such as application or inquiry updates.
• To operate, measure, and improve the site and our services.
• To keep records and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Google Analytics for website measurement (subject to your consent).
• ClickUp, which stores and helps us manage inquiry and application submissions.
• SendGrid, which delivers our transactional emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information.

EEA and UK (GDPR)

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Restrict or object to certain processing, and request portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time (for example, for analytics cookies).
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information there and in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

The site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
